Maxifold

This process, performed on a bending machine with a special shaped die, produces a single transversal fold on the trapezoidal sheet with an angle greater than or equal to 87°.

All the deformations generated are contained and controlled by the special conformation of the mold, so as to make the finished products perfectly suitable, equal and coupled together in the various lateral and longitudinal overlaps.

A special notching of the material in correspondence of the lateral overlap of the bent area makes the overlap itself easy, avoiding passages and infiltrations of meteoric water.

The corrugated sheets obtained this way are mainly used in the realisation of shed or mini-shed roofing where the angular conformation obtained eliminates the application of the connection sheet metal to the ridge.
